A little more about us and another very important Team Member: Mara!

I am not sure were Regent Homes would be without Mara. She is the right hand of Regent Homes. Her business savvy, financial expertise, and candid counsel to Greg during her nearly 15 years here has been vital to the success of Regent Homes. Construction runs in her blood too as her family also had a construction company and she even ran a few projects with her brother back in the day before joining our family.

Not only does Mara manage our financial operations, she also has her figure on the pulse of the housing market. She tracks housing trends, mortgage lending practices, and keeps abreast of the current market conditions to ensure that we are always offering cutting edge pricing on our quality crafted homes.

Mara lives in North East Tacoma in a Regent home: a custom model with high vaulted ceilings and very open spaces. When she is not balancing the budget, she can often been seen out boating on the Puget Sound with friends or jetting down south to the warm sunny California beaches to visit her family.

A Little More About Us and Our Team

Gregg (yep, Gregg with two G’s, well three actually) has been with us nearly from the beginning. Now in his 25^th year with Regent Homes, Gregg has pretty much done it all from digging trenches to operations management. Most recently, he’s been working in Customer Service to swiftly and professionally attend to our Home Owner’s warranty needs. He has also been heading up the remodel branch of our company: Regent Resources.

Not only does Gregg and his family live in a Regent home out in Puyallup, he recently built a highly energy efficient and cozy cabin in the shadow of Mt. Rainier.

We truly rely on his vast construction experience and progressive problem solving methods (he’s been known to create new tools from scratch to perform certain tasks more efficiently).

A Green Feather in Our Cap

We would like to congratulate Roy, our Construction Manager, on completing the National Association of Home Builder’s Green Building for Building Professionals course. Roy completed the two day course which covered many topics related to building better, greener homes, and we’re excited for him to out his new knowlege to use as we continue to build our high quality homes!

Greg was raised here in the Pacific Northwest. He traveled the country and the world and then settled his family right back here.

Greg’s philosophy is that every family has the right to own a quality home regardless of their price range. Our company was built from that vision. He has surrounded himself with the highest caliber of employees, partners, suppliers, contractors and craftsmen whose skills and integrity ensure each home is built to the highest construction standards.

SUMMER JOB OPPORTUNITY

We’re looking for an outgoing, creative, motivated and dependable person to help out around the office. It’s a part-time, temporary position with flexible weekday hours.
